Rules

Eligibility: Open to all financial members of the BBCo\’. for 2025-2026.

Competition Period: Runs from January 1 to December 30, 2026.

Show Selection: Only designated shows listed on the BBCoV website are eligible. The club reserves the right to modify the list if necessary (e.g., if a breed specialist is judging). Updates will be communicated via the website and emaitl

Show Inclusion: If two shows running on the same day (AM/PM), only the AM show counts toward the competition.

Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitors must ensure they enter the correct shows as listed on the Point Score FB page/website.

Awards: The winner receives a plaque and prize (details to be confirmed).

Tie-Breaker: In the event of a points tie, the number of Best of Breed (BOB) wins determines
the winner.

Results Tracking: Monthly point tallies will be published on the club’s Facebook page and website. Members are responsible for reviewing results and reporting discrepancies.

Points Allocation:

Best of Breed (BOB) 8 Points
RUp Best of Breed (RUBOB) 7 Points
Dog or B*tch Challenge 6 Points
Dog or B*tch Res. Challege 5 Points
Class of Breed 4 Points
Class 1st 3 Points
Class 2nd 2 Points
Class 3rd 1 Point

Maximum Points: A dog may claim up to 21 points per show (BOB: 8 + Challenge: 6 + Class of Breed: 4 + Class First: 3 = 21).

Result Submission: Exhibitors must email show results to the club secretary within 5 business days, including:

Participation: Only results submitted within the deadline will be included in the point score.

Monthly Updates: Point scores are updated monthly on the club’s Face book page and website.
